I was a single mom who had never bought a house before. I wasn't qualifying for most houses in my neighborhood. Ginny told me to wait just a couple of months longer. She was willing for a bit in case that made it possible for me to qualify. As soon as the bill passed, Ginny called me and with a month or two I had moved my children out of a carriage house in a city alley to a safe and warm home on the street! People tell me how intimidating and stressful it is to get all of the paperwork together for closings, but Ginny Duffy made it so easy for me that I don't remember any stress on my end.
